Circle the rhinestone chain along the inner edge of the glass bezel. Check the fit of the cameo in the rhinestone lined glass bezel. Use a file to adjust the cameo’s size and/or shape for a perfect fit.

Use side flush cutters to clip the rhinestone chain to length.

With an awl, do a final check for proper spacing and fit of the cameo and rhinestone chain. It should fit evenly in the glass bezel, but not too snuggly or there won’t be room for adhesive.

Use isopropyl alcohol to clean the bezel. This step will ensure the effectiveness of the adhesive.

Squeeze a drop of adhesive into the center of the glass bezel cup.

With the craft brush, spread a layer of adhesive evenly on the bottom of the bezel cup.

Spread a layer of adhesive on the back of the cameo.

Press firmly to adhere the cameo to the bezel, centering it in the bezel cup.

With the rhinestone chain facing upwards, carefully wrap it around the cameo. Use the awl to adjust the spacing of the stones and press them in place.

The backside of the bezel will be white with glue. Crafter’s Pick glue turns clear as it dries. Because the glue is sealed in the glass bezel cup, it may take a few days to full cure. You can speed the process up by placing it in a warm place.

The glue cured with a little crazed pattern on the backside of the bezel. The pin back will cover most of the crazing, plus it will not be visible from the frontside of the bezel.

The front size of the glued glass bezel dried perfectly clear.

The magnetic pin back consists of two parts: the steel disk with covered adhesive dot, and the steel disk with attached extra-strong magnet.

Prepare the backside of the glass bezel with isopropyl alcohol; the adhesive steel disk will stick better on a clean grease-free surface.

Plan the pin-back placement. Pins will hang better if the pin back finding is positioned high on the glass bezel, but not so high that the pin back shows through the glass border.

Peel the plastic cover off the adhesive steel disk; this portion will be adhered to the back of the glass bezel.

Double check that the bat is in the upright position, and then firmly apply the adhesive steel disk to the backside of the glass bezel.

The magnetic side of the pin back attaches securely to the metal disk. When wearing the pin, the magnetic side goes inside the shirt or jacket behind the pin.
