For years, longitude and latitude coordinates have been growing in popularity when it comes to fashion. They have been popping up in tattoos, jewelry and clothing. I decided I wanted to make my own longitude latitude project, with coordinates from one of my favorite places on earth, Tulum, Mexico! You can easily do this project with any location on Earth! Simply enter your desired location plus “longitude and latitude” into any search engine, and the coordinates will come up for you!
This project is really easy to create! You just need a few tools and some basic findings.

Follow these simple instructions to make a customized longitude and latitude bracelet

Determine the coordinates of the location that you want to use (the easiest way to do this is by entering the location onto a search engine). Draw lines on the stamping blanks with a ruler and permanent marker so that you can stamp in a straight line.

Start stamping, using the line you drew as a guide. Use the number stamps for the coordinates and the alphabet stamps for the North, South, West or East. Use the center punch to make the period.

Cut two segments of chain for the bracelets. You will want to measure them on your wrist to get an exact size. If you are unsure, then cut the chain about 5-6 inches.

On the back of the chain, where is it cut, attach a lobster clasp on one side, and a jump ring on the other side.
Well, I hope this project inspired you! I love how it turned out, and now I want to make them for all my favorite places on earth! ~Tiffany
